Yes, in order to fulfil the order we will require some information. You must use your email ID and create a unique password to register on this website. These details will help you log in and access your data for subsequent orders. Please note your details like complete delivery address and a valid phone / mobile number will be shared with our courier partners as these are basic details required by them to complete the delivery in time.
Our website allows Credit cards, Debit cards, net banking, PayTM, Wallet, UPI. Use your own convenient option. If you have any difficulty in payment, please feel free to contact us. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
Within Mumbai we provide same day delivery for urgent orders. Outside Mumbai, we provide regular courier options. Please let us know in case you want us to expedite shipping. We can do that as a special request with extra charges.
We are proud of our packaging, but still in case there are damages we request our customers to report the damaged image within 24 hrs of receiving the parcel. Once we receive the image on email or watsapp we will send a fresh product for the same order with no extra charges. Beyond 24 hrs return requests will not be processed.
